Seller Performance Standards & Policies

To provide shoppers with a great experience while ensuring that sellers enjoy continual sales, we expect all sellers to meet minimum performance standards in 2 areas:

 

1. Fulfillment

Fast shipments and a seamless shopping experience build customer trust and loyalty. 

 

2. Listing/Content

Products that are authentic and described accurately allow shoppers to buy with confidence.

 

What Happens if I Fail to Meet the Performance Standards?

Sellers' performance is monitored every Monday and are highly encouraged to comply with the minimum performance targets to avoid incurring penalty points.

 

 

Non-fulfillment Rate (NFR)

Sellers should aim to fulfill all orders with no defects or cancellations. Failing to do so may result in penalties for having a high NFR. 

Late Shipment Rate (LSR)

Sellers are expected to provide timely and efficient shipping, to ensure that shoppers will receive their purchases without delay. Failing to maintain a low LSR may result in penalties.
