Spam listings are listings that contain misleading, irrelevant and inaccurate information. These listings tend to negatively affect the search experience for buyers.

2. What types of listings are considered as spam?

The following listings are deemed as spam:

1. Duplicate listings:Creating identical listings across multiple product categories and/or seller accounts
2. Keyword spam listings: Creating listings with irrelevant search terms
3. Attribute spam listings: Creating listings with incorrect product attributes
4. Price spam listings: Creating listings with extremely low or high prices, with no intention to sell them at said prices

3. Will I be penalised for creating spam listings?
Yes. Depending on the severity of your listing violation(s), you may face the following penalties:

Your spam listings may be banned or deleted
You may receive Seller Penalty Points, which negatively affects your Account Health.
Your selling privileges may be restricted.
Your account may be suspended.
