This rating is influenced by how well sellers meet performance targets as well as the number of penalty points incurred, and these are affected by Non-Fulfillment Rate (NFR) and Late Shipment Rate (LSR), among a few.

WHAT AFFECTS NON-FULFILLMENT RATE (NFR)?

Non-fulfillment rate (NFR) is the percentage of orders (out of total orders) that were either cancelled or returned in the past 7 days. NFR is calculated and updated by Shopee every Monday. Cancellations and returns are only counted when the seller is at fault.

Late Shipment Rate (LSR) is the percentage of orders (out of total orders) that were shipped late in the past 7 days. LSR is calculated and updated by Shopee every Monday. A shipment is considered late if it is shipped after the Ship By Date shown in the order details.
