Non-Returnable Product Categories

Non-returnable items are products that are not required to be returned by buyers when they request a Return/Refund. The refund for these items will still be subject to Dimarkethall review and approval upon submission of valid evidence.

 

The following items are considered to be ineligible for returns.

  1. Food and Beverages 
  2. Fresh and Frozen
  3. Bread
  4. Milk 
  5. Dairy and Non-dairy products
  6.  
  7. Health (hygiene-sensitive items)
  8. Innerwear and Underwear

 

If there are any issues encountered upon purchase and delivery of these products, the Buyer may request for Return/Refund within the Dimarkethall Returns Window. The refund for these items will be subject to Dimarkethall review and approval upon submission of valid evidence.

 

⚠️ Note
Dimarkethall will not honor buyer and seller agreement to return items that are part of the Non-Returnable Items list. 
All valid return/refund requests for non-returnable categories will be given a resolution of Refund only.

 

The seller has 2 days to raise a dispute to Dimarkethall from the time the decision is released or 2 days from the time the return parcel is delivered. However, if the seller hasn’t received the return parcel on the 4th day from the day the parcel was picked up, the seller should file for a dispute immediately.
