How can we guarantee that returned items are suitable for resale/restocking?
The following conditions must be met before a request for Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition is approved.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original brand/product packaging with all tags and seals still attached.
- All accessories and any free gifts included with the order must be returned with the item.

Can I Dispute a request filed for Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition?
Sellers can raise a dispute within 2 days if the return parcel does not meet the following criteria:
- Item is returned in its original, unopened packaging, with seals and shrink-wrap intact. All tags, manuals, and accessories that were included with the purchase must be returned as well.
- For clothes and wearables, items must be unworn (except for trying-on purposes), unwashed, with all original tags attached, and show no signs of wear or use.
- For health and beauty products, items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
