Buyers may request a Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition. This Return and Refund reason will allow buyers to return an item if it does not suit them or if they think they need to reorder in a different variation or prefer a different item.

Will I incur costs for Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition?

Shipping fees related to Return/Refund sellers will be charged a Return Shipping Fee and a Forward Shipping Fee for all buyer-win R/R requests including Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition.

What products are not eligible for Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition?

Products can be requested for Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition except the following:

  1. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
  2. Human and Pet Consumption with Expiry Dates

Products are not returnable if at least 1 item in an order falls within the below categories or if it is under the list of our non-returnable products.

Hygiene-Sensitive Products - products that often come into direct contact with the body or are used in environments where hygiene is a top priority.

  6. Stockings
  7. Personal Care

Human and Pet Consumption with Expiry Dates - products with expiry dates and are consumed by humans or pets.

  2. Baby Food
  3. Milk Formula
  4. Pet Food
  5. Cat Litter

How can we guarantee that returned items are suitable for resale/restocking?

The following conditions must be met before a request for Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition is approved.  

  1. The item must be in its original condition. 
  2. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original brand/product packaging with all tags and seals still attached.
  3. All accessories and any free gifts included with the order must be returned with the item.

Can I Dispute a request filed for Return/Refund of Items in Original/Sealed Condition?

Sellers can raise a dispute within 2 days if the return parcel does not meet the following criteria:

  1. Item is returned in its original, unopened packaging, with seals and shrink-wrap intact. All tags, manuals, and accessories that were included with the purchase must be returned as well.
  2. For clothes and wearables, items must be unworn (except for trying-on purposes), unwashed, with all original tags attached, and show no signs of wear or use.
  3. For health and beauty products, items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
