How can I raise a dispute to Dimarkethall?
The seller has 2 days to raise a dispute to dimarkethall from the time the decision is released or from the time the return parcel is delivered. However, if the seller hasn’t received the return parcel on the 4th day from the day the parcel was picked up, the seller should file for a dispute immediately.

Seller can raise a dispute under the following circumstances, which will be resolved by Shopee in its discretion:
- The seller would like to contest the refund request approved by dimarkethalL in favor of the buyer because issues about the items were not the seller’s fault. In this case, the seller must submit valid proof within 1 day. This includes Holidays and weekends.
- The seller did not receive the returned items from the buyer, or the seller would like to contest a refund without return.
- The seller received wrong / incomplete / damaged returned items due to the buyer’s negligence.
- The seller deems that the buyer’s claim on its return request is incorrect upon checking the returned items.
Follow these steps on how to raise a dispute to Dimarkethall:
Step 1: Go to support ticket tab
Step 2: click Create a Ticket button:
For dispute on the refund granted by dimarkethall to the buyer without requiring the return of products, you may choose from these dispute reasons:
- Did not receive the return product
- Received return product with physical damage
- Received incomplete return products (missing quantity/accessories)
- Received wrong return products
- Received return item(s) but item used
Step 3: Select and attach the list of required photo / video evidence to support the case, and tap “Send ticket". Learn more about how to properly provide evidence here.
Results of the Dispute Process
The dispute process can have five potential results:
1. Buyer will be refunded in full or in part. Item/s will not be returned.
2. Buyer returns the item and is refunded in full or in part by the seller.
3. Return/refund request is rejected and seller receives full payment.
4. Returned items are rejected and seller will ship back the items to the buyer.
5. Both buyer and seller will be refunded / paid (if fault is on Supported Logistics).
The payment will be released to the buyer if the request for a refund is successful or if there is no action from the seller within 2 days from receipt of the returned parcel.
If the request for a refund of the buyer fails, the payment will be released to the seller once the dispute mediation process is completed by the dispute agent.
