How To Properly Provide Evidence for Return and Refund
Return/Refund is a key feature to help maintain a fair transaction between buyers and sellers. Once a return/refund request is submitted, Shopee will review it and sellers will be required to provide evidence for fair judging. The required evidence will depend on the reason code of the buyer's Return/Refund request.
A dimarkethall agent may collect additional evidence from the seller to support their dispute. Evidence must be provided by the seller within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays) otherwise, the dimarkethall agent will decide without the supporting document.
Required Evidence
When submitting evidence, a seller must ensure to provide photos/videos showing that products are complete, correct, in good condition, and have a clear and readable air waybill. View a sample video evidence here.
