What are order cancellations?

Orders can get cancelled by the system, through buyers’ requests or sellers’ self-initiated requests.

Both buyers and sellers may request cancellation anytime before the order is arranged for shipment.

Buyers can cancel their orders instantly at any time before the parcel is handed over to logistics partners. Buyer cancellations will be processed instantly.

Orders can also be automatically cancelled by the system, especially when the order has not been shipped out after the stipulated time frame, or when the buyer requests cancellation before the order was shipped out.
